Everything people ask before they book
Can't find yours? WhatsApp the shop — a fabricator replies, usually within the hour.
How long does a typical kitchen take?
About 10 working days door to door: consult and estimate on day 0, laser templating by day 4, fabrication through day 9, and a single-visit install on day 10. Commercial programs are scheduled to your construction calendar.
Quartz, granite, or solid surface — which should I pick?
Quartz is the low-maintenance all-rounder; granite is the most heat- and scratch-proof; natural marble and quartzite are statement stones that ask a little care; solid surface is seamless and renewable, ideal for healthcare and hospitality. Our visualizer compares them on your actual layout — or ask us, it's what the consultation is for.
Do you move plumbing or disconnect appliances?
We disconnect and reconnect sinks and cooktops as part of install. New plumbing runs or electrical moves are handled by your contractor — we coordinate timing with them directly.
Can you match my existing countertop for a repair?
Usually, yes. We keep lot records for every job we've fabricated and stock remnants for most popular colours. Chips, seam repairs and re-polishing are typically same-day visits.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Workmanship: seams, joints, anchoring and installation. Material defects are covered by each brand's own warranty (most quartz brands run 15 years to lifetime), and we manage that claim for you.
Do you take small jobs — one vanity, a window sill?
Yes. Remnant stock makes small pieces very affordable, and we batch small installs weekly. Ask about the remnant gallery.
How do payments work?
50% deposit to reserve material and schedule templating, balance on the day of install. Commercial accounts run on standard 14-day terms with approved POs.
